CHI Texas Division includes St. Luke’s, St. Joseph, and St. Luke’s Memorial hospitals and medical groups, often with Baylor College of Medicine. Concepts are developed with copywriters, web developers, directors, and CHI’s many marketing arms to produce fresh content that continues to win marketing awards yearly while undergoing further refinement. Our final redesign involved a process of creating personas, competitor analysis, wireframing, and continual refinement with both client and the design team.
